Sun's out, guns out!

Summer is the season for vests and crops but I know
that many of my female clients are embarrassed of their arms.
Ladies, please remember that cardio won't give you toned and slim arms!
Grab some weights and try this upper body circuit:
- TRX row
- dumbbell squat press
- single arm chest press on Swiss ball
- push-up to t-plank
- triceps extension on cable
Complete 15reps on each exercise followed by 100m sprint on rower.
4 rounds should take you just under 30min.
