15MIN CHILLI

Here's a quick and easy low carb dinner for you on this rainy cold day!

Ingreedients:
400g minced lean meat
1 onion
200g 5 bean salad (drained)
200g chopped tomatoes
handful of grean beans
handful of broccoli florettes
3 mushrooms (peeled)
fresh basil and corriander
paprika
salt and pepper

Cook the meat with chopped onions and spices with a tsp of coconut oil. Add chopped vegetables, chopped tomatoes and 5 bean salad and simmer on medium heat.
So quick to make, you can enjoy it with wholegrain rice or just on its own!
